Glencoe Section Seed Collection
Green Bay Trail & Mary St. 278 Mary Street, Winnetka, IL, United StatesAlong the trail from Shelton Park to Scott Ave. certain species of seed heads, with short stalks, are cut and collected into large bags. Sessions are planned as the seed heads of each species become developed and dried enough to provide viable seeds.
